Physiotherapy will include our full range of clinically reasoned manual and physical therapies.
Vet consent required for first session
An initial session is longer than the average session. Each case is individual but allow around 60 minutes. At this appointment we will take time to get to know you and your pet. We discuss your pets case in detail and conduct a full assessment of their current physical status. A clinically reasoned treatment and home plan are given.

A full physiotherapy treatment is given, including manual and exercise therapies appropriate for your pet and any current plan in place will be adjusted as required.
Vet consent required for first session
For those requiring regular support, we offer a discounted rate. It includes the initial appointment. Block sessions are paid at your first appointment and will be valid for a year from purchase. If you have booked your initial appointment online then this cost will be deducted from your block payment.

These stand alone treatments work well in situations where an extra treatment is need to support a rehabilitation plan, or for maintenance for working/sporting dogs, or those coping with age-related MSK conditions such as OA, but are not on a rehabilitation plan.
Tecartherapy is often included in a physiotherapy appointment but on occasion it may be required as a stand alone treatment as part of a recovery plan. Book a single tecartherapy treatment here.
Vet consent may be required unless for maintenance
Massage is a very powerful manual therapy that can be used to help relieve pain, increase joint range of motion and most importantly, help your dog to feel really well. These sessions are great for supporting your dog's comfort and general well being and take around 30 minutes. Suitable as top up sessions in between hydro or full physio treatments, or for supporting old dog's with limited tolerance to other physio/hydro modalities.

Certain conditions or rehabilitation may require a combination of treatments such as hydrotherapy along with tecartherapy, or physiotherapy with Tecartherapy. For these appointments we require more time to enable us to deliver the same relaxed apointment, and allow your pet to have maximum benefit from their treatments.
This combines a hydrotherapy session with a physiotherapy or tecartherapy session. We will already know your dog so can decide which way round to best deliver treatments.
This appointment will allow sufficient time to perform a full physio session and include a tecartherapy treatment.
Hydrotherapy happens in our state of the art Underwater Treadmill. We use the properties of water and treadmill action to provide a controlled exercise environment. We can also swim small, medium and large dogs dogs were this is appropriate. PLEASE NOTE WE SHOWER, SHAMPOO and TOWEL DRY YOUR DOGS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE
An initial session includes a detailed history and assessment of you pet plus an introduction to the Underwater Treadmill. Allow an hour for your appointment. Please read the information sheet under the Important Informatoin Tab. Come prepared to get a bit wet.

Additional hydro therapy sessions last around 30 minutes. The amount of exercise activity is very dependent on the individual case. We will explain as we go what we aim to achieve. Most dogs in recovery will require several sessions so consider a block. You can use them up over a year. Vet consent required

You can buy and book your sessions online. To buy a block of sessions you can pay in-store using all forms of chip and pin, contactless and mobile payment , or we can invoice you pre appointment and you can pay by BACS.
Please note we do not process your insurance claim directly with your Broker, but we do provide you with everything you need in order to claim yourself.
